We love movies.

No, it’s not a cult. Yet.

CINEMA IS WAR is the product of our love of movies.

After attending lots of screenings at the Allen Theatre in Annville, PA, we were approached by Allen co-owner Michael Cantor to do film programming at the theater.

CINEMA IS WAR is for film fans who want to celebrate the art form and the art form’s holy house of worship—the THEATER.

In the age of streaming and AI, we want to emphasize how important local historic theaters are—they’re becoming increasingly rare and the fight to save them is one we believe in.

Whether it be attending a screening, listening to our podcast, or joining us at a mystery movie night (a big hangout), we hope you’ll join us in the fight to keep independent cinemas alive.
